3STEP Sports, the nation’s largest youth sports club and event operator, has acquired NXT to expand an existing portfolio of nationally known youth sport operators. This strategic partnership will create additional opportunities for lacrosse athletes across the nation.

Each Monday in Feburary, NXT has been teaming up with Greenepsych to deliver talks on topics that relate to mental health and well-being as well as achieving performance-related goals. To join us on this journey, we are extremely fortunate to have Mitch Greene, PhD, and Lauren Ruhl, LPC.

In total, 13 NXT LC athletes were selected. Coach Nile Thompson, Head Coach of the NXT LC 2026, was selected as a 2023 coach for Nation’s Best.
