Chelsea Rosiek joined NXT in the summer of 2021 as our Director of Girls Events. The Philadelphia native brings with her 10 years of NCAA coaching experience including head coaching stints at St. Bonaventure (DI) and Chestnut Hill College (DII). Most recently she served as an assistant coach at Robert Morris University (DI). 

Rosiek was a two-time All-A10 player at Temple University. Prior to her NCAA coaching experience, she served as the Director of Operations at Ultimate Lacrosse.
